The magazines readers are into a wide range of music from ‘indie’ to ‘hip hop’ and are interested in the new artists/bands trying to make it in the industry, as well as the most idolised artists/bands of all time. They are more interested in trying new things, rather than learning word from word to every song in the top charts, and this goes for fashion too. They are interested in whats happening, what will happen and are listening to music first hand at gigs and festivals to help the magazine report what has happened.
75% of the magazines readers are between the ages 16-25, therefore allowing the magazine to focus on what younger people want rather the older (despite a vintage style, and a certain respect to the all time idolised artists), such as fashion, nightlife, events, and a humorous outlook.
